Get a fixed-price plan
Within two to three business days we come back with what we would build, how long it takes, a flat price for the build and an estimate of the monthly running cost. No hourly billing. You approve it, or you walk away. The plan is free either way.
We build it, launch it, and maintain it
We build the automation, test it against your real data, and show you it working. Most builds take from a couple of days to a couple of weeks. We host it and run it on whatever schedule you need, hourly, nightly or weekly, signed into your own accounts, and the output is yours. Launch is not the end of it: we stay on to monitor it and adjust it as your process changes.

Hi, I'm Michael
I run DAC and I build every automation that goes out the door. No account manager, no handoff to a junior team: the person who scopes your process writes the code, and takes your call when it needs to change.
I spent six years in robotic process automation and AI, in both engineering and leadership roles, including engineering leadership on a payments platform handling more than 60% of U.S. health insurance claims — an environment where a broken process moves real money.
I came to engineering sideways, by way of distribution operations, an operations management degree from Ohio State and a Six Sigma green belt. That order matters: automating a bad process just makes it fail faster. What I kept seeing was teams losing their best hours to repetitive work, and losing quality along with them, because focus drifts on the fifth run of the same task.

How much does a custom automation cost?
The build is a fixed price, quoted up front in your automation plan before any work starts. Running it is billed monthly by usage: we host automations on AWS, so the cost depends on how much volume moves through them, and your plan includes an estimate for yours.
How long does it take?
You get a scoped plan within two to three business days of the first call. Building takes anywhere from a couple of days for a simple automation to a couple of weeks for a complex one, and the plan tells you which before you approve it.
Is the automation plan really free?
Yes. The scoping call and the plan cost nothing, and you can approve it or walk away. You only pay once you decide to go ahead with the build.
Do I need to host anything or set up servers?
No. We host and run every automation ourselves, so there is nothing for you to install or maintain. It works inside the tools you already use by signing in with accounts you provide, and everything it produces is yours.
What technology do you use?
Whatever fits the task: API integrations, bots that work through websites and portals the way a person would, and AI. We decide after scoping what you are trying to automate, not before.
Do I need technical staff?
No. If you can walk us through the task, we can scope it, and no technical knowledge or preparation is needed. After launch we monitor the automation ourselves, so nobody on your side has to look after it.
What happens when my process changes?
We adjust the automation to match. Launch is not the end of the engagement: we stay on to monitor it and change it as your process changes.
What kinds of tasks can be automated?
Anything your team repeats on a schedule or in response to an event: recurring reports, data entry, pulling data from websites and portals, lead follow-up and moving files between systems. If your task is not on that list, ask anyway.
